We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation staying at this beautiful condo! The condo has been updated and the finishes, particularly in the kitchen, are gorgeous. The property management was very responsive to our needs. The view and proximity to the beach were wonderful, and the pool was clean and warm. I hope to return someday to this condo!

My wife and I stayed at a beautiful property for a week. On day 6, an issue arose, and Kim could not have been more professional and courteous. She made us feel valued and appreciated. We will definitely use Breakaway for future visits to Sanibel.

109 Tarpon is as advertised if not better. Star of the show is ocean view and sound from the 3rd floor porch and master bedroom. Nicely decorated, bright light, modern and clean. Kim and the team were in touch throughout and responsive. Wonderful experience and just what we were hoping for.
