I stayed here the last week of May 2026, and it was Amazing! The condo is less than a 15 minute bike ride to one of the best restaurants on the island along with the grocery store. The view out the living room window of the beach ocean is gorgeous and a great way to plan where you want to set up. The furnishing gave the place a great beach vacation vibe and was immaculately clean and well maintained. The supplied beach amenities served well and led to a great day on the beach. Absolutely recommend and will certainly be going again.

The condo was soooo relaxing! No seriously. Each morning, enjoying coffee and breakfast on the balcony was the perfect way to start the day. Actually, we spent entire days on the balcony more than once:) The sliding doors open to make an extended living space, with ocean views and just steps from the beach. The unit was very clean and had a well-appointed kitchen for preparing full meals. Just a few minutes drive to restaurants and groceries. Beach chairs and accessories were conveniently provided, and the full-size washer and dryer worked great. Overall, the building seemed to be quiet and the landscaping was just being completed. If you need to unwind, this is a great place to do it.

Immaculate and cozy, this condo was comfortable and welcoming it felt like home away from home. Perfectly located on the beach for the ultimate shelling experience. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. 5 star experience from start to finish.

We loved staying at Surfside 123. Just sitting on the spacious balcony with the ocean right in front of us was incredibly relaxing! Since the beach is just a few steps away, it was easy to go out for a walk, swim or hunt for seashells and then pop back into the apartment for snacks or a drink.The gorgeous interior design made us feel comfortable and at home, with thoughtful touches like blankets, comfy cushions, beautiful local art, and books and games. The bathroom shower tile in the master bedroom is incredible!My chef husband loved having the wide kitchen counters to create meals with all the utensils and implements that made us feel like we were in our own kitchen.My favorite place was the balcony, which I used to set up my morning art practice as I listened to the soothing sound of the waves. A highlight of the trip was sitting on the balcony drinking my morning coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. A perfectly relaxing vacation!

Fantastic!!!! Just fantastic!!! This was our first time to Sanibel Island and what an introduction. The newly renovated condo at Surfside was professionally done and everything was such high quality. The shower in the master was amazing! Everything was so clean and comfortable. And we couldn't believe how close it was to the beach!!! Every morning waking up to the ocean view right off the bedroom was a huge highlight. We even saw dolphins from the condo while we sipped our coffee!! We will definitely be staying here again.

Our first time to Sanibel was made absolutely wonderful at 123 Surfside! Overlooking the ocean and being only a few steps to the beach was better than we imagined. The condo was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. We felt right at home! It’s the perfect home base to bike or walk from and explore the island. For 2 homebodies, it was home away from home! We can’t wait to stay again!
Wow, The condo was amazing, the facility was great, It was such a pleasure to stay in the condo with such an amazing view of the ocean, the inside was immaculate and comfortable and had everything we needed for such a wonderful vacation. We can't wait to go back!
