It has been 16 years since last visited Sanibel. The island is as beautiful as I remember and the condo was equally nice and beautiful. It was perfect. Highly recommend

Condo was spotless as well as nicely decorated. Several beach chairs and beach toys. Elevator to condo is small and there are not luggage carts. We easily used the beach wagon provided to help bring up our groceries. Otherwise steps were easily taken. Great location!

Unit was amazing....clean, beautiful, well appointed and ocean front with a gorgeous screened porch and great furniture. We will be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. Perfect location, plenty of space, beautifully appointed. We stayed with 5 adults for my mom's 70th birthday and we had plenty of space. The lanai is my favorite part but the whole condo is great. It was nice to have laundry in the unit. We loved how close to the beach we were and that the condo came with "beach stuff" we were able to use. We joked that almost EVERYTHING we wanted to do on Sanibel was 6 minutes away from the condo. Every time we would put a location into our GPS it said it was only 6 minutes away ;). So glad we chose this condo for our vacation, we had an absolute blast and loved staying here!!

This was an amazing condo!!! The whole thing was perfect. We loved the furniture, decor and everything in between. This is a very well made unit and building. Very, very quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend staying here for your next visit. You won't be disappointed. We didn't want to leave.

First time in Sanibel!! Fabulous week. Condo was beyond anything we expected. Modern, up to date. Excellent appliances- top of the line. We were four, but could have slept six. View was unbelievable- we were right on the gulf. Saw dolphins swimming by. Shelling was fabulous. Can’t wait to return. Hopefully it will be soon!!!

Sanibel is gorgeous. We go every year. This Sundial condo was the best ever. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Super clean. The kitchen is professional planned and stocked. Living space was perfect for the 4 of us but could have easily accommodated more. We did not use the third space as a bedroom but it also was comfortably planned. The sharing of one of the other baths could have been a small problem. The view is outstanding. Walks to the beach were less than 4 minutes. Beach towels were supplied, a little skimpy. The 4 beach chairs supplied were great except one was missing an arm. Minor stuff. Report to Breakaway and they were sure to address it. One downfall was the "governor" on the Nest thermostat. No lower than 70. Never a problem during the day but we all agreed at 3am it was stifling hot and there was not much to do about it. Wondering if there is some timer or something. This place is perfect in every other way. Great breezes on the comfortable porch area. Will try for this again next year. Also need to mention the booking agents. Break away. We have rented through VRBO numerous time and always at Sanibel. This was first time we were considered, accommodated and thrilled!

This condo was amazing. The location is outstanding, steps from the ocean. The condo is new clean and beautifully decorated. I can't say enough about this property!

The best rental I have ever stayed at! It's right on the beach, OCEANFRONT! The rental includes so many amenities that go above and beyond expectations. From providing beach toys, to insulated mugs and Cuisineart kitchen tools, and a totally upgraded/renovated unit. The place is a dream come true. 5+ STARS!

We had a lovely time at this condo! It was beautiful and had everything we needed plus more. Fantastic locations to the beach and pool!

Beautiful beach home/condo. Kim and her team were very responsive to any questions that arose!! Great customer service!

We came for a week in June. The condo is on the beach, so we were able to go the beach when we wanted and then back. With two teenagers with us, having multiple TVs and good wifi was a great. Kitchen was well stocked and there are grills by the parking lot. Would rent here again.

Arrived on Sanibel 2 days after short term rentals we’re allowed again. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Perfect setting to unwind! Island was quiet and peaceful

This expansive, modern and stylishly furnished condo has virtually every amenity you would wish, from kitchen appliances to multiple smart TVs to beach paraphernalia. The ocean view from the screened porch is lovely and quiet, and the beach itself is everything it should be. We will definitely return. Perfect.

What a stunning condo in an absolutely perfect location. 20 feet from the beach with all the beach items you need provided. The space is stylish and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch which had very comfortable outdoor seating. Lots of great restaurants nearby and Kim's recommendations were all very good. We stayed 7 days and only left the island one time. All you need is on Sanibel and we have already reserved the unit again for next year. Fabulous place, location!
