We use to stay here about 25 years ago when our children were young. It's been almost 10 years since we last visited Sanibel and we wanted to go to someplace that we were familiar with….. sand dollar was our first choice. We were not disappointed in any way. This unit is beautiful and well furnished ( except there were no scissors to open up packages, minor, minor detail). The furnishings are all Thomasville…. Wow! Everything was top notch in this lovely unit.Check in was relatively easy, though there was a bit of confusion on my part as it told us to go to a lockbox and there was none. But we figured it out and all was good.The management company was very clear and responsive….easy to work with. There were no issues during our stay so we had no reason to reach out to them.If you're noNervous about visiting Sanibel, don't be. The island has and is recovering well. Many restaurants and shops are open. While driving around the island we sadly noticed empty lots where small cottages and such were. But I encourage you to come back for a visit and I highly recommend Sandollar unit 304
