Sanddollar C202 NEW!

Our family had a wonderful time at Sand Dollar in Sanibel this year and many years before. We hope to continue this tradition of being together, enjoying the beautiful island, and especially taking time to enjoy each other.

Our family had a great stay. The unit was excellent. Reverse osmosis water filter was a neat surprise. We loved the pool and the pickle ball courts. We'd love to come back again.

We stayed at a three-bedroom unit at Sanddollar. 4 adults and two children. ( ages 8 and 10) Unit was very clean and well appointed. Unit also had astorage locker with great beach stuff, including a wagon. PS let the owners our 8 year old took advantage of the skim-board - A WINNER!A Five Star Rating!

This beautiful condo offered everything anyone could wish for. The condo itself could only be overshadowed by the magnificent direct Gulf front views from the oversized Lanai. We had a fun and relaxing stay and hope to return again to Sanddollar C202.

Our family had a great stay on Sanibel in C202! The property ended up being ready 2 hours earlier than originally planned which was amazing. It was extremely clean and so well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach supplies! Everything in the condo was beautifully updated. The check-in and check out process were easy and everything through the rental company was so smooth. We had an amazing time!

Loved our stay in the newly renovated Sanddollar C202. It was above our expectations.

This place was amazing. So clean and nicely decorated. Everything extra we could have needed was there. There is nothing I would change or suggest for a better experience. This is my next reservation in Sanibel.

The owners of this condo have really done a magnificent job of thinking of the families who will be using their place. So much thought into the little things to make the life of a family easier. Simple things from the optional laundry hampers and dryer balls to thin blankets to use and spices to cook with. We also LOVED the diffuser and used it daily. The outside screened porch was amazing, and where we spent a lot of our time. Literally everything else was at or above our expectations inside the condo.There was a lot of construction going on outside of the condo as it gets back to where it was post hurricane. Therefore, it is hard to really review the exterior. But the pool was clean and heated with a really nice bathroom next to it. Great for a mom with 3 small kiddos!

Everything about this unit is perfection. From the clear instructions, checkin and entry to the unit to the amenities onsite. The unit itself is as described/photographed and very clean, with tons of extra pillows and blankets to feel very cozy on chiller nights. We LOVED how the patio slider extended open to make it feel like true indoor/outdoor living, and the outdoor space had plenty of room for 4 adults /2 kids. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with plenty of dishes and flatware, etc. There are tons of beach supplies in the condo storage, we could have brought nothing with us and still had everything we needed (6 beach chairs, beach canopy, large cooler, boogie board, football/toys etc, all included). Finally, my kids loved the pool and it was very warm, enough that they happily swam in 70-degree weather.We have never stayed in a more comfortable, well-stocked rental and we cannot wait to return!

The perfect beach retreat does exist! We have stayed many places on Sanibel and nearby areas over the years. Sanddollar C202 is our new favorite getaway! This condo has been carefully remodeled, is pristinely clean and impeccably decorated. We enjoy cooking as a family and were amazed by the spacious, functional, and abundantly supplied kitchen. The owners have plentifully stocked it with high quality furnishings, and everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I've never slept so well on vacation! The beautiful views and quiet direct beach access, along with convenient location to restaurants and shopping cannot be topped. Breakaway Vacation Properties were very attentive and wonderful to work with, making for an exceptional rental experience. We would highly recommend Breakaway and Sanddollar C202 to anyone. We definitely plan to book this place again!

I cannot sing enough praises for this condo, the owners and management. We had the most amazing stay and had everything we needed to have a relaxing, life changing trip! The island, the location of this condo, private beach access and the local restaurants made this trip truly unforgettable. We will not hesitate to come back!

We have stayed in many places on Sanibel Island, as well as other vacation rentals in the area. I truly appreciated how well the condo is furnished. Less running around for those little things allows more beach, swimming, fishing, and shelling time in one of the best spots on the island. Never a shortage of fun on Sanibel Island.
