Staying at the Beach Rd Villas never disappoints. The Sandpiper Villa was well equipped for a vacation home and well kept and clean. The grounds were lovely with beautiful morning sun rises! The manatees in the canal were a plus! A perfect location for walks to the beach, bike trails, shopping and fantastic restaurants! Looking forward to returning next year!

The Sandpiper 2 was the perfect place for us. The lagoon was a great place to relax and see manatees up close. The beach was only short walk away where we shelled, sunbathed, and watched the sunset.

Location is perfect-a short walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. The back yard on the canal is a quiet oasis that was great for morning yoga. We had outstanding communication with the host before and during our stay. If we come back to Sanibel, we'd definitely stay here.

We stayed at Sandpiper September 27 through September 30. The day after hurricane Helena. We enjoyed every moment on your beautiful island. Your condo was amazing and clean when we got there.Thank you for helping us have a memorable vacation! We will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing week in this beautiful, well-equipped house. There's a lovely backyard and it is a very short, easy walk to the beach.

We spent our 4 night getaway here & it was perfect. The condo felt more like a home. The hammock was a beautiful spot to relax in the yard! Beach Rd is a convenient island spot especially for us as we needed to go into Ft Myers a couple times. We will likely return!

Great little place! It was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the mango tree in the backyard and the canal. We even saw some Manatee’s! The bikes and beach essentials in the garage were fantastic and it was just a very short walk to the beach! Would recommend Sanibel Island to everyone!

Loved this unit! It was beautiful, clean and so comfy! The walk to the beach was short and the supplies in the garage were so nice to have. The complex was so quiet and we loved just sitting out back by the canal and enjoying all the foliage in the courtyard. Definitely a great spot to stay!!

The lodging had everything in the kitchen and bathrooms we needed. It was organized and very clean. As a bonus there was a bench overlooking the canal that we used a lot and were able to see two manatees while there!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway
What a surprising experience. Having stayed at rentals before, I expected the usual Blah, Blah, Blah experience, but still, just wanted to get away with family who were here visiting us. But WOW!!!! What a surprise to us all with the property. Absolutely gorgeous, relaxing, centrally located, all kinds of restaurants near by, plenty of sun and beaches in the surrounding area and extremely comfortable AND CLEAN place. We were all greatly surprised and definitely pleased. This place is A+++ The bicycles, the umbrellas, the Beach Cart really helped, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, and the bathrooms were stocked and in pristine condition. Overall, a very pleasant experience and will definitely keep in mind for future getaways!!!
