Nothing is needed in this designer designed condo with stunning bay views of the Roosevelt channel and Pine Island Sound but your toothbrush and swim suit. Enjoy the vast wildlife in the bay as dolphins play and manatee swim by. Every amenity one could imagine is here at your fingertips in this lovely and relaxing bayside unit.
While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (fee), bbq grills and the beach. We include beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well.

Loved the condo. Had everything we needed, except a wine opener. Luckily I travel with one. LOL. Having a second full bathroom was very convenient. Very wise of the builder. We really enjoyed the pool area as well.

We had a great weekend here. The apartment was clean and quiet during the night. It is a short walk to the beach and to the restaurants and stores near by. I would stay here again.

Having heard about the lack of parking close to Captiva Beach, we wanted a place to stay where we could walk. The unit we rented was spacious, comfortable, and within walking distance of the beach, a very good restaurant, and Starbucks. We did not use any of the amenities at the condo, so I can not comment on those.

The condo was clean and completely updated including the furniture. tNice screened in porch overlooking the water with great views of the sunrise. Our host even called to let us know we could check in early but unfortunately, we were not on the island. I recommend!
The condo was exactly as depicted. Check in could not have been easier. Comfortable, well stocked, updated.
