Wonderful stay at Beach Road Villas! The accommodations were even better than we expected. The kitchen was outfitted with a decent amount of pots, pans, etc. DO make sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags - we ran out of all during our two night stay :/ Lovely stay and we hope to come back soon!

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. Beach access just moments away, beautiful grounds, bikes available for use, and lots of wildlife right outside of our door including manatees. The space was clean, and in a great location. We will be back!

This is the second time staying in this villa and it was even better than the first. The space is clean and perfectly located to access everything. We saw manatees, tortoise, iguanas and all kinds of other beautiful wildlife! This won't be my last stay here.

We booked the Sea Oats villa at the beach road property in October when we realized we needed a quick vacation during thanksgiving. I hadn't been to Sanibel in years but felt the location and price was right. Not only was the location and price right but the whole experience was heavenly. The villa was easy to gain access to with the given directions, clean, well-kept, and beautiful. Watching manatees in the canal every day was just a moment of pure zen we all need. The short walk to the dog-friendly beaches allowed my morning pup stroll to turn into an amazing sunrise view each day. We had such a good time we extended for an extra night and rebooked before we left. I can't recommend this location enough.

Our stay at Sea Oats Villa was wonderful. The layout for the villa is nice with the bedrooms being upstairs and living area downstairs. The Canal behind the villa had manatees in it every day just floating around. It was a short walk to the beach from the front door and the beach chairs provided were very nice and comfortable. I also appreciated all of the additional equipment available if you wanted to ride a bike, etc. The Lighthouse Cafe was a short drive for an amazing breakfast and nice people. Great stay. Easy to find when arriving (I am directionally challenged so that is saying something). I would return and recommend to others.

A lovely, quiet property in a great location on the canal and close to the beach. The manatee viewing was terrific! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and wagons cover you for spending days on the beach. The property is small but landscaped beautifully and private. A few things to keep in mind - and not deal-breakers for future renting: We've stayed at several properties on the island pre- and post-Ian, and this was one of the best. We will be returning to Sea Oats when we visit Sanibel again!
We had a great time per usual. This is our 3rd visit to Sea Oats and plan on coming back! The location is amazing and it's a great space for a couple with a dog.
