#PN 5 Lovebirds

Parrots Nest is a hidden gem! We've stayed at various places throughout Sanibel & Captiva and this was a little treasure. Our cottage, Lovebirds, was nicely remodeled and refurnished after Hurricane Ian. Having onsite laundry, bikes, beach carts, outdoor shower and a shell cleaning stand was very beneficial for our week-long stay.

Excellent location with beautiful surroundings. Nice furnished studio and cosy bathroom.  We enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything about our stay was top-notch. The space is spacious and quite. Check-in and out couldn't be simpler. Everything was set up for our arrival. Communication was excellent. We couldn't have been happier.

This was our third stay at Parrot's Nest Cottages and our second in Lovebirds. The accommodations are so spacious and welcoming; everything is in great repair and it stays fairly quiet. It's only a 12-minute walk to the beach so you don't have to worry about paying a lot of money for beach parking; we stayed six days and walked to the beach every day. We'll be back next year!

A little quiet piece of paradise. The room was clean and the unit quiet and so close to the beach. We will be back.

We thorouhly enjoyed staying in Parrot's Nest cottage #5Lovebirds during our stay in Sanibel 7/13-15, 2022. GREAT location within walking distance to Lighthouse beach! And ice cream shop at the corner! Very peaceful! The common area was great and they have bikes and beach wagons. It was spacious with a King bed and a daybed, kitchen with everything! (toaster oven, not a stovetop, which was fine for us); 3 bar stools at the counter a bistro table & 2 chairs, nice bathroom, walk-in closet, nice outdoor patio. Over all, a outstanding place! Easy coded entry/key and great management.

We got exactly what we expected at the Lovebirds cottage. The photos on the website are just what you find. Nice, spacious, clean cottage. Very nice base for a week of lounging on the beach. The bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons -- everything you need -- are provided. The almost-private beach on Buttonwood is a 3-minute bike ride or less than a 10-minute walk. We will be back. That's for sure.

Being missionaries on the Navajo Nation in NM, Parrot Nest was just what we needed for some south Florida wind-down time. Probably what we enjoyed the most was the quiet and serene atmosphere your unit provided us. We never left the island until the day we checked out. Reading under the canopy of palms, biking to the lighthouse for shelling on the beach early mornings, walking only steps away to the cafe and ice cream shop were wonderful!!! Truly what we needed.

This was a cute and comfortable beach cabin. The location was great and the beach was walking distance.

Lovely spacious yet intimate base from Which to easily explore Sanibel. 15 min. Walk to the gulf side beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved it! Only wish we could have stayed longer. There was on Ospreys nest in one of the trees, so we enjoyed watching her. The bikes were a bonus! Everything you needed for the beach was right there.A little bit of a walk,but we didn't mind. On the quiet end of the island. We will be back

Property was just as depicted on the website. Easy check-in and quiet enough with just 6 cottages on property. Plenty of bicycles of all shapes and sizes and moving around the island was a breeze. The bathroom although spacious had not been renovated as the rest of the property. Although I'm 6'2" the shower head was more for someone much smaller. The bathroom need a little extra TLC, (check the lamp on the ceiling). We would certainly come back the next time we plan a beach get-away or group get-away, as the location is perfect.

Loved this place. Close to everything, loads of bikes, beach, restaurants! The place was roomy, clean and homey. Great place!

Great location, very nice and updated cottage, excellent customer service. And the Lighthouse Cafe was just steps away. I am definitely coming back!

We had the most amazing time on Sanibel. The cottage was perfect! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The morning bike ride is a must! We loved that we had access to beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to load our beach necessities. Walking distance to the Light house Cafe which has an amazing breakfast. Also did some shopping at the stores next door. I I am already planning my next trip! Great place to stay!!

We had a great stay at the parrots nest. Our stay in the lovebirds adjoined cabin was perfect! The little kitchen and comfy beds served our needs while we explored beaches and hunted for shells. The laundry areas saved us several times providing beach chairs, carts, inflateables, beach reads. It had everything for us so we could enjoy the outdoors with no hassle. So thankful for our stay. I would go again!!

We had an amazing time in Sanibel! This condo was perfect for my husband and I. The bikes were a huge asset, though it would've been helpful if there'd been some type of lamp/light for biking home after dinner in the dark. Thank you for helping make this trip so memorable for us!

This place is like its own little world, removed from noise and activity, and beautifully landscaped. The units are arranged nicely for individual privacy even outdoors. Having bikes provided, beach chairs, beach wagons and more was absolutely great for enjoying the area. Kitchenette was well supplied except for the hotplate that needed replacing. When I return to Sannibel this will be my first pick to stay.

The cottage was immaculate, peaceful, bikes were readily available and comfortable to ride, staff was easy to reach and very accommodating. Spent our 27th wedding anniversary there and we will definitely go back. Even had thoughts of buying the unit if it ever becomes available. Thank you again!

The cottage was perfect for our mini get away in Sanibel! We loved the bright clean room and the location was outstanding! We rode the bikes that were provided to the lighthouse every morning for sunrise and then came back to the cottage and had fresh hot coffee and key lime donuts! We rode bikes all over the island to the beach each day! Enjoyed some great meals at local restaurants too! I would highly recommend the cottages and we will for sure be returning!

I loved this property! It smelled super clean and was also very clean!It was super quaint and cozy.The closet was huge! It was a very welcoming and comfortable place. The beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Very Quiet and Private for those who like to Relax..Within Walking Distance of Beach, IceCream Shop and Restaurant...Bikes, Beach Chairs and Umbrellas provided for Your Convenience...We Loved it!

I would highly recommend The Parrots Nest. The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and with a great location. We enjoyed biking and appreciated having them available. We went to the beach and were happy that chairs and a wagon was available to us at the property. Go, relax and enjoy. Did I mention there is an ice cream parlor less than a block away.

Our stay at the Parrot Nest cottages in Sanibel Island, FL was truly a tropical paradise!! We absolutely loved our cottage!! We stayed in the “Love Bird” unit and the room's nautical decor was adorable!! The grounds were so beautiful with tropical vegetation and so much privacy! We also loved that it was in walking distance to the beach, shops and Lighthouse Cafe! We can't wait to come back to Sanibel again!!!

We could not have had a better getaway. Close to the beach, so cute and quiet. Absolutely perfect.

The cottage was better than the photos can convey. Cozy, modern, private, relaxing atmosphere. Clean, easy access to area attractions. Convenient entry, parking. Highly recommend

I was overwhelmed with my resent stay at the Parrots Nest. So close to everything and very quiet. The room was clean and large. The only thing that should you visit this location is that they only allow 1 car. I had to pay to park my car in Ft.Meyers and have someone pick me up.

A perfect romantic getaway. Cottage was beautiful, clean and welcoming,made good use of the BBQ,bikes and beach chairs, sadly did not catch any fish....next visit for sure.

Loved our stay at the Parrot's Nest. It was a comfortable room with a nice kitchen area. The bikes that were available for free was a nice surprise. Kim was so helpful and easy to work with. We got lots of beautiful shells and we will definitely be returning. Thank you!!

Everything was amazing and the area was perfect. I'm definitely telling my family and friends about the location for whenever they want to get away and have a great time.

Cottage had everything we needed and we cooked four dinners on site. Loved being able to ride bikes provided by Parrots Nest with beach chairs on our backs to the beach and Lighthouse! Would come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lovebird Condo at Parrots Nest. The updated unit was really spacious and private. The bikes allowed us a quick ride to Lighthouse point, and the laundry facilities were convenient for use!

We loved the location. We got great use out of the free bikes and chairs.

It was quaint and beachy. Perfect for a romantic get away. We wished we could of stayed longer than a weekend.

It was an excellent vacation, very good location and accommodation, including the kitchen, patio, available BBQ solid A/C. good TV with Netflix.
