What a wonderful house! Beautiful vacation stay with family. The house had everything we needed and more! We will definitely book this home again!

This home was perfect for our family of six. The home was appointed with beach chairs, towels, all linens and towels necessary to enjoy a great week. Proximity to the pool and beach can't be beat. One street away from from activity, you don't really even need a golf cart. Get some bikes an you can enjoy everything the island has to offer. And with a great screened in porch, the evenings we're spend outside without the pesky no-see-ums. We did put all four kids on the second floor in the main bed with ensuite and the lofted twin bed space (you walk thru one to get to the other) and used the queen bed and first floor bath as our main space. The smaller trundle bedroom off the living room was extra space for us; or more privacy for an older kid, baby (it is has a door attached to the queen room) but worked great when one kid got sick and we wanted to monitor overnight. We were completely charmed by Captiva and really enjoyed our stay in this home. We would stay here again.

We returned to Sea Hibiscus 38 again this year because we had such a wonderful experience in 2021. We were not disappointed. This is such a lovely house with so many nice amenities. It's very close to the pool and beach and has a very open beach-y feel. Beds are very clean and comfortable. we are returning next year! Highly recommend.

The location, the grounds and of course the house were perfect, Having a pool as well as the beach is fantastic. We were so comfortable and now look forward to a new annual family tradition.

The house is ready when they said it would be and it was a really clean and prepared on the second day a problem with the AC but was taking care of the next morning I would definitely recommend it

We loved Sea Hibiscus 38 and had a wonderful time. We've been to Sunset Captiva before, but this house was a newly-discovered treat. It was exceptionally clean, very well-equipped, nicely updated and very close to pool and beach. Our family is returning for 2 weeks next year!

Sea Hibicus on Captiva was perfect for our daughters sweet 16 birthday celebration with 3 of her best friends. The Sunset Captiva property runs from bay to gulf and made it easy to enjoy both.

We stayed multiple weeks at this property during the peak of the pandemic and truly had the time of our lives here. The house is more than large enough for a family of four with three bedrooms plus a walk through children's bedroom (this house is likely one of the larger models/layouts in the development). Internet was very reliable, we had no problems with WFH and kids' remote learning. Screened deck is wonderful - we spent many hours there, dining, learning, working, watching hummingbirds. Landscaping around the house is beautiful with multiple flowering trees, bushes and orchids. Bathrooms are newly renovated, the house was stocked with plenty high quality linens and washer/drier is nearly new. Kitchen well stocked (even for baking/smoothies etc.) and we exclusively cooked given the circumstances. The house is a short walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts, restaurants and the bay (you can fish and watch manatees from the development's deck). Property manager was great, responded right away to the few issues that we had. We look forward to come back at some point, now as a family of five.

We had an awesome stay here for our Spring Break vacation! House was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and had more than everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. Proximity to the beach, the restaurants and easy access to watersports makes this a prime location to stay. Community is very calm, quiet with loads of wonderful people, here ncluding George. Watch for him cleaning the grills and stop by to chat. Super friendly and full of great information/suggestions.

This was our first trip to Captiva and it didn't disappoint The house was wonderful: comfortable beds, plenty of space, well appointed kitchen, screened porch, lots of beach and bath towels, beach chairs, two individual beach umbrellas, parking, two minute walk to pool, beach boardwalk next to pool, and a gorgeous beach. It never seemed crowded on the beach or in the quaint little town. Very easy walk (5 minutes) to restaurants, ice cream, and coffee. Doc Fords, RC Otter, Mucky Duck, and Keylime Bistro were all great places to eat. The water was warm, calm and shallow for quite a distance out. We saw dolphins everyday. Twenty minute drive to several other good restaurants on Periwinkle Road- try the Island Cow and Joey's for ice cream. We did do the 35 minute drive the second day to a Walmart to stock up, but never felt the need to do it again. There is a small market next to the house that had a little bit of everything. My family loved the walkability of this location. We would love to return! Kim is easy to work with. We had some issues with the wifi and cable, but she was on top of it and checked in with me by text to make sure it was taken care of.
