Kings Crown property and location are outstanding.The open layout of the house has plenty of room to gather, relax and enjoy while the bedrooms are private and well appointed.The beach parking passes make it quick & easy to enjoy the beach.Overall a perfect place to relax and unwind.

We found many things to praise about this lovely home. It's in an excellent location, in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and easy to get around the traffic (by using Lindgren Boulevard or East Gulf Drive). The pool is beautiful and well heated. The view of the canal is beautiful with occasional sightings of manatees and dolphins. The kitchen is well organized. And the beds are very comfortable. In sum, I would strongly recommend this lovely home.
House was very clean and comfortable. Location was great and included use of the private parking at the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was warm and clean. Great neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping. Kitchen could use a few more dishes and glasses. We would definitely rent again.
